The West Nova Scotia Regiment is an infantry unit part of the Canadian Armed Forces. It consists of Reserve (part-time) soldiers from all parts of Nova Scotia, and is based out of Aldershot, Nova Scotia. Currently we have four platoons of soldiers meeting at 4 different locations on Thursday evenings from 7:00-10:00pm (Bridgewater's 4PL meets on Wednesday evenings). Our platoons are situated in Windsor, Middleton, Aldershot and Bridgewater.
